| Fugro has acquired Pavement Management Services Pty Ltd and associated companies (PMS). PMS was formed in 1981, currently employs forty staff and has annual revenue of approximately EUR 4 million. |

PMS is based in Sydney, Australia, with regional operations in New Zealand, Abu Dhabi and Qatar. PMS is one of the world's leaders in the provision of pavement engineering consultancy services including assessment of current pavement condition, design studies for new pavements, definition of maintenance programmes for existing highway networks and supply of asset management database systems.
PMS will be renamed Fugro-PMS Pty Ltd and will form part of the onshore geotechnical business line as an independent operating company under its existing management.
