The New Leica Roteo 3521/04/2008 |
| Leica Geosystems (Switzerland) has presented its new rotating laser, the Leica Roteo 35.There is no need to have a second person move the laser - the height of the wall mount can be adjusted via remote control from the application site. Due to automatic self-leveling, the laser is always precisely aligned in the horizontal or vertical plane. |

An aluminum housing protects the sensitive laser head from unexpected knocks. The housing can be removed, meaning that the laser head can be adjusted by hand if necessary. The Leica Roteo 35 is dust- and splash-proof (protection class IP 54).
Line visibility can be customized, as the laser head can rotate at different speeds. Scan mode can be used to better display selected fields-of-view. An additional receiver can also be used to extend the range even further. The H.I. or Elevation Alert function monitors the leveling of the Leica Roteo 35. Any significant disturbance or movement will cause the alert function to activate. The Roteo 35 will stop operation and will sound an alarm to prevent possible errors.
