New Topcon Multi-Pulse Total Station

  07/05/2008
Topcon Europe Positioning (Netherlands) has released a Total Station Series with a new, advanced technology laser for non-prism distance measurement. The GPT-3100N Series offers a major leap forward in non-prism measurement performance in a construction site surveying Total Station.

The GPT-3100N Series will replace the GPT-3000N Series. Four models of different angle accuracy specification are available, 2", 3", 5" and 7", all but the 7" model having a dual axis compensator.

The new "Multi-pulse" laser system uses multiple pulsed laser beams emitted at a constant frequency, to measure distance. It offers increased measurement performance with pin-point measurement beam, extended range, improved accuracy and lower power consumption.

Non-prism distance measurement range of 350 meters

Non-prism distance accuracy +/- 3mm/+2 ppm

Laser Class 1M (Safe laser with narrow beam)

On board battery (BT-52QA) operating time 5 Hours.
