Ward, PE, has been named a vice president by the land development software company. As such, he will be directing the operations of Carlson College and the Civil Engineering Division. |

Carlson, an independent company founded in 1983, has been providing comprehensive civil engineering solutions for more than two decades and, while renowned for its free technical support, has offered comprehensive training through Carlson College since 2006. Harry O. Ward, PE, of Front Royal, Va., brings more than 20 years of experience in applying CADD within the civil engineering and surveying industries, plus, he was the founder and director of Outsource Inc., which became Carlson College. He is a licensed Professional Engineer, a licensed contractor, a member of the Engineering Faculty at George Mason University, is on the P.O.B.
