| Intrinsyc Software International (BC, Canada) has signed an agreement with NAVTEQ. This agreement bundles NAVTEQ map content with Intrinsyc navigation software. Intrinsyc recently purchased strategic assets of Destinator Technologies. |

The Intrinsyc-NAVTEQ relationship provides wireless device makers with a source for NAVTEQ digital maps, Destinator navigation software, and the Soleus software platform for wireless handheld development. Device makers will further benefit from Intrinsyc's world-class wireless engineering services, including systems integration, Board Support Package (BSP) development, and power management.
