| GeoEye has announced the appointment of Jeanine Montgomery to the position of vice president, accounting and corporate controller. As the Company's principal accounting officer, Ms. Montgomery manages all of GeoEye's accounting operations, regulatory reporting and SEC compliance, as well as its treasury and tax operations. |

Prior to joining GeoEye, Ms. Montgomery served over three years as assistant controller at USA Mobility, a leading provider of wireless and messaging communications. Ms. Montgomery has more than 20 years of financial and accounting management experience in government contracting, digital technology and staffing services.
