| A high officer from the central office in Dushanbe and regional directorates from Khujand, Kulyaba, Reshd, Gorno Badakhsan, State Geodetic Oversight and Finnmap Turkey and Tajikistan representatives attended to the Netcad Cadastre Solutions workshop in Ankara. The attendees meet with the comprehensive approach and solutions of Netcad for cadastre system from data acquisition to registry and management. |

On the first day of the program the delegate visited Turkish General Dierctorate of Land Registry and Cadastre to see the TAKBIS (Land Registry and Cadastre Information System) and Netcad solutions running in the central and regional cadastre offices.On the second day of the program, the delegate attended to a Netcad Cadastre solutions Seminar and Workshop held in the headquarters of Netcad. After the seminar and workshop the delegate visited the offices and had small talk with the employees.
During the lunch in honour of the delegate, the director of the Tajikistan State Geodetic Oversight Mr. Dildor Toshbekov made a speech mentioning the efficiency of the program and presented his appreciation to Netcad for supplying such complete and valuable cadastral solutions with high technology developed by its local resurces.

The Alliance for Integrated Spatial Technologies at the University of South Florida, USA, recently worked with the Florida Park Service on a project to document the remains of several historic sugar-mill sites in the State Parks to create as-builts to be used in preservation and conservation of these resources. The FARO LS 880, along with GPS and total station georeferencing and colour imaging, was used on these projects.
