Therefore, Taipei City government authorised SuperGeo to build a WebGIS system to be the references to forest land management and policy decision. Hopefully, the threats and the damage to people's lives and properties can be avoided while natural disasters happen.

The structure of the system employs SuperWebGIS, the Internet map server software, as the electronic map engine to establish the system consisting of database management and WebGIS functions. The structure of the system contains 3 parts, Basic Map Manipulation, Query Function, and Statistic and Export.

Through the system structure of WebGIS, the related staffs can display the maps, charts, query data, and position online without installing any other objects of internet browser. In the meantime, the powerful statistic, analysis, and data export functionalities can improve business operating efficiency.
