As part of an early warning incident detection and response network spanning the entire turnpike, TOC personnel will leverage Intergraph's computer-aided dispatch (CAD) and reporting solutions to effectively manage more than 400 calls and 11,000 radio transmissions per day for emergency fire, medical and state police services. Additionally, the integrated system will also include Intergraph's Business Intelligence solution which aids in generating reports, performing ad hoc data analysis, and turning information into actionable intelligence for enhanced decision-making.
