| Vexcel Imaging GmbH has signed a purchase agreement with Valley Air Photos of Caldwell (ID, USA) for an UltraCamX large format digital aerial camera. To stay in tune with its clients' needs, the company began investigating the possibility of acquiring a digital camera. The Sales and Support staff at Vexcel Imaging worked with Valley Air Photos to determine that the UltraCamX would be the best fit for the purposes and projects the company and its clients have in mind. |

The Alliance for Integrated Spatial Technologies at the University of South Florida, USA, recently worked with the Florida Park Service on a project to document the remains of several historic sugar-mill sites in the State Parks to create as-builts to be used in preservation and conservation of these resources. The FARO LS 880, along with GPS and total station georeferencing and colour imaging, was used on these projects.
