| Todd Oseth has joined Intermap Technologies, effective 6th December 2010, as its president and chief executive officer. Mr. Oseth has been appointed to drive the monetisation of Intermap’s NEXTMap database and its associated products and services offerings, advancing Intermap’s transition to a customer- and market-driven organisation. |

An accomplished executive, Mr. Oseth brings a wealth of experience to Intermap having successfully led several companies through extensive change – most recently as president and CEO of Neterion, a leader in I/O virtualisation. In early 2010, he facilitated the successful acquisition of the company by Exar Corporation. From Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, Todd Oseth’s 30 years of leadership at technology companies has encompassed the aspects of product management, sales, marketing, engineering, and operations in the network, computing, and data storage industries.
Mr. Oseth replaces Howard Nellor, a member of the board of directors, who has been interim CEO since August of this year.Prior to leading Neterion, Mr. Oseth was CEO of ColdStor Data and chief operating officer of McData, before they were acquired by Brocade. There, he implemented new product strategies to expand addressable markets, increased channel revenues, and doubled the company’s revenue through acquisition and integration. As an executive at Storm Venture Capital and Sun Capital Partners where he helped rebuild and sell capital assets. Mr. Oseth also served as vice president of software infrastructure for EMC Corporation where he grew revenue to deliver a profitable software business by expanding high-availability software revenue through new operating systems and services. Prior to EMC, Mr. Oseth held a number of executive roles including senior vice president of DataPlay, Inc., CEO of Accent Software, and vice president of Sony Information Technology, where he brought the Sony VAIO computer line to market in 1995.
