Spectra Precision has introduced the Ashtech MobileMapper 10, a lightweight, low-power and cost-effective mapping solution with real-time metre-level accuracy.

 

MobileMapper 10MobileMapper 10's user-friendly efficiency enables users to quickly learn and use the new mobile mapping solution. With quick logging operations for productive mapping and metre-level accuracy, the solution can improve the features and attributes for geo-positioning.

 

The MobileMapper 10 incorporates Bluetooth, WiFi and GSM/GPRS communication to keep field and office workers connected for increased efficiency. According to the supplier, the MobileMapper 10 weighs 380g with battery, offers a large display in a compact form factor and has a battery life lasting typically over 20hrs at a temperature of 20°C with GPS on. The MobileMapper 10 runs the Windows Mobile 6.5.
