Tripoli Gaddafi Compound Overview

This image from DigitalGlobe shows the Gaddafi Compound in Tripoli, Libya. The satellite image of the place was taken on 22nd August 2011 at 12:38PM local time.
 

Gadaffi Compound 

Bomb damage to the facility was noted in June 2011. Activity on this image that may have the attention is a set of vehicles just south of the compound in the traffic circle. The image was left for map orientation at north up.

 

On 23rd August 2011, the NATO has bombed the compound again, according to Al Arabiya. Fights continue but obviously this is not visible on the image.
