Intergeo Carries On to Day Two

  28/09/2011
The first day of Intergeo on 27th September 2011 has shown many new developments in the world of geomatics. UAVs obviously is one of the hot topics this year, compared to last year's Intergeo in Cologne they are hard to miss after a tour at the tradeshow. Furthermore there are a significant number of new companies present. A good sign, as it proves the geomatics business is totally alive and kicking despite some less positive economic signs.

Intergeo took off on 27th September 2011

Intergeo continues today with, among many other activities, the official Intergeo pressconference at noon, where the audience will be introduced to the innovations and main topics at the world's most important trade fair and conference for geodesy, geoinformation and land management.

Using Total Stations for Indoor Radiation Mapping

A total station can be used for many applications. Oak Ridge Associated Universities (USA) uses a total station for indoor radiation characterisation, which enables the team to better perform environmental assessments. This video shows how it is done.
