Emergency Call App for Copenhagen Citizens03/05/2012 |
| The Copenhagen Fire Brigade and the National Survey and Cadastre (KMS) have partnered with Intergraph Corporation to develop a mobile app for citizens who need to report an emergency by dialling 112. To respond to 112 calls throughout Denmark, the agencies are using geographical data provided by KMS. The new app will integrate this information and make it available on mobile devices for faster emergency response. Location data from the app will be sent to one of two 112 control rooms for resource allocation and dispatch. |
