Biography

Dennis Mbugua Muthama is a postdoc research fellow at the British Institute in Eastern Africa-Regional Futures Project and a lecturer at the University of Nairobi’s Department of Real Estate, Construction Management & Quantity Surveying in the Faculty of the Built Environment. He is a trained land economist and a professional land administrator.
