Douglas Glandon

At 3ie, Douglas Glandon provides technical guidance and quality assurance to impact evaluations, systematic reviews, evidence gap maps, and replication studies and supports members in strengthening organizational research capacity and evidence-informed decision-making. Douglas has a PhD in Health Systems from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, a Master’s in Public Health from the Tufts University School of Medicine, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Community Health from Tufts University.
