Dr Iman Zolanvari has a BSc in Civil Engineering and an MSc in Structural Engineering. He received his PhD on automated feature extraction of 3D models from Lidar data from the School of Civil Engineering at University College Dublin. He spent almost three years working as a postdoctoral research fellow at the School of Computer Science at Trinity College Dublin. He has experience on a broad range of projects, from medical engineering to VR/AR. He is currently working as a data scientist with a speciality in spatial data and image processing at Ambisense Ltd. in Dublin.
