Luis Felipe Medina Cabrera is a geomatics engineer specializing in UAV photogrammetry, geospatial data processing and hybrid survey methodologies. His work focuses on large-scale mapping projects and the generation of engineering-ready deliverables for infrastructure and land development applications in Mexico.
