Biography

Silke Ceulemans has a background in environmental sciences and a strong interest in soil systems and processes, with a particular focus on peatlands and their role in climate adaptation. With more than 10 years of experience at Dutch firm Medusa Geoservices BV, she has developed a special interest in peat mapping, recognizing the potential of geophysical methods to provide detailed insight into peat structure and degradation processes.
