Speaker: Colin Bray is Chief Executive and Chief Survey Officer of OSi, having taken up the position of CEO in 2013 after joining the Ordnance Survey as a professional surveyor in 1998. Colin is a geomatics chartered surveyor, a director and 2017-18 president of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI), and a member of the Public Service Chief Information Officer (CIO) Council. Colin is Ireland’s representative on the United Nations Committee of Experts on Global Geospatial Information Management (UN-GGIM).
