ACSM Appointment Chair of Communications Committee

ACSM has appointed Tom Berkland, LS-PE, as the chair of the ACSM Communications Committee.

Tom Berkland is Principal Engineer of City of Sioux Falls Public Works/ Engineering and a NSPS/GLIS member. He has been active in the South Dakota Society of Professional Land Surveyors, serving in positions on SDSPLS' governing board and as its president. Tom is currently the NSPS governor representing South Dakota.

Tom Berkland will assume his duties as chair of the ACSM Communications Committee during the ACSM business meetings in Arlington, Virginia, later this month.
