Aerial Photography Group During ASPRS

At the ASPRS 2012 User Group Meeting, Microsoft’s UltraCam Group will be showing the new features coming with the release of Microsoft’s UltraMap 3.0 software, the latest photogrammetric digital aerial camera system, the UltraCam Eagle, and the Applanix-based UltraNav direct georeferencing and flight management system.

The group will also be staging testimonials from UltraCam customers. Prizes will be raffled, refreshments will be served, and seating will be limited so be sure to arrive early.

The UltraCam User Group Meeting will be held on Tuesday 20th March 2012 from 1 to 5 p.m. in Room 308, Sacramento Convention Center, USA. Microsoft Ultracam is present in the exhibit hall, in booth 413.

Microsoft’s UltraMap photogrammetric workflow software has undergone changes, and these developments will be shown during ASPRS 2012. UltraMap version 3.0 processes the aerial imagery on Microsoft Bing Maps. It will soon be available, including high-density point clouds, digital surface models, traditional and true ortho-photos.
