BAE Systems Releases SOCET SET v5.2

BAE Systems (CA, USA) has released version 5.2 of its SOCET SET digital photogrammetric software application. The new version comprises a module for 3D-feature collection in ESRI’s ArcMap environment. In addition, the new VCT (Visual Coverage Tool) batch module enables automated image import, triangulation, DTM extraction, orthorectification and mosaicing. Other enhancements include new matching algorithms within the Automated Point Measurement tool. A sensor model for Leica ADS40 imagery is included in the integrated aerial triangulation module BINGO for bundle adjustment with self-calibration and blunder elimination.
