ECW in Visual Nature Studio

3D Nature’s (CO, USA) Visual Nature Studio 2.5 (VNS2) now includes ER Mapper’s Image Web Server and it’s streaming imagery protocol (ECWP). The images can be served from within a local area network or the internet. VNS2 allows for quick access of image files by only loading the pieces of the image it needs. This process enables access to even the largest imagery data sets. The free ECW plug-in is available for applications that do not have native ECW support. Current VNS2 owners can get the latest VNS 2.5 update with ECWP support.
