Kubit Launches PhoToPlan
Kubit (Germany) has announced PhoToPlan. PhoToPlan enables the true to scale rectification of digital or digitalized photos and plans within AutoCAD, AutoCAD LT and all programs based on the above like Architecture Map and Civil 3D. The software developed by the kubit GmbH will be available as version 4.2 starting May 2008.
When reference values will be measured at the object, a multi-purpose image plan may be generated from digital photos. This plan enables the easy tap of square and linear measures and may be overwritten with a 3D plan directly within the CAD program.
PhoToPlan is entirely compatible to AutoCAD 2009, AutoCAD 2009 LT and Vista. Version 4.2 is available in German, English and French.
