Leica MNS1200: Machine Navigation with GPS

Leica Geosystems AG (Switzerland) has announced a new Machine Navigation Sensor for precise dynamic GPS guidance of machines, the new Leica MNS1200.
The Leica MNS1200 GPS Machine Navigation Sensor is 'purpose built for machines'. It incorporates GPS positioning technology into a smaller, yet ruggedized case with internal shock mounts. The sensor is built to withstand shocks and vibrations.
The MNS1200 Sensor uses the Leica GPS1200 SmartTrack technology. Leica SmartCheck provides GPS measurement updates at 20Hz with less than 30 millisecond latency to deliver reliable dynamic RTK GPS positioning data at ranges of up to 30km or more from a GPS reference station.
