LizardTech Teams with Oracle
LizardTech (WA, USA) is working with Oracle (CA, USA) to extend the Oracle Spatial 10g GeoRaster architecture to integrate MrSID technology. LizardTech is working with Oracle through its Partner membership in the Oracle PartnerNetwork. This venture represents LizardTech’s first step toward providing JPEG 2000 support for Oracle Spatial 10g.
Both companies are working together to improve storing and retrieving massive image files.
