PCI Releases ProSDK and ProPacks 1.1

PCI Geomatics (Canada) has release a new version of the ProPacks collection and the PCI Professional Software Development Kit (ProSDK), used for building highly automated and customised workflow solutions.

Released under the company’s solution brand Geomatica X, ProPack is a set of software components that address a particular application area, such as orthorectification or mosaicking, and extends the capabilities of the ProSDK. These components are called PCI Pluggable Functions (PPFs) and they represent PCI Geomatics’ core technology.  

Customised geospatial procedures can be programmed with the ProSDK and ProPacks, using the Python, C++ or Java programming languages. The new ProPacks support digital photogrammetry (satellite and airphoto), pansharpening, and geospatial database applications.

Both Windows and Linux editions of the ProSDK and ProPacks are available, with detailed documentation included to support customers’ software development efforts.
