Preetha Pulusani Retires From OGC Board of Directors

Preetha Pulusani announced her retirement from the Open Geospatial Consortium, Inc. Board of Directors. She recently resigned as president of the Security, Government & Infrastructure (SG&I) division at Intergraph Corporation to pursue career interests outside the geospatial industry. She is now CEO and President of InterThink Solutions, Inc.



Preetha Pulusani was an active participant in the OGC for more than a decade. She was Intergraph's representative to the OGC in 1995 when Intergraph became the consortium's first Principal Member, and she was elected to the OGC Board in 2001.



In addition to her strong commitment to OGC's mission, she brought both technical and marketing expertise to her consortium roles. She joined Intergraph in 1980 as a software engineer and rose to the position of Senior Technical Manager for Product Development before becoming involved in marketing management. She was promoted to her position as president in 2001.
