Spatial Networks Acquisition

Spatial Networks has completed the acquisition of TrekServ. The two companies have enjoyed a strategic partnership over the past years. Details of the agreement were not made public. "Combining these two strong companies will provide a great asset to current and prospective clients through enhanced integrated global tracking and geospatial capabilities," commented Anthony J. Quartararo, Spatial Networks' president and CEO.

"We are very pleased to join a profitable, financially stable organisation with a sterling global reputation," stated Anthony Gray, TrekServ founder and CEO. "We expect these two leading companies to dovetail smoothly and emerge as one stronger organisation ready to meet current customers' needs as well as attract new clients to our broadened services and product suite."

Spatial Networks' flagship product, Geodexy, is a web-based application designed for the collection and management of location-centric data for a broad cross-section of government and business sectors including those involved in disaster recovery and fire safety. The acquisition of TrekServ includes proprietary, patent-pending technologies that provide secure, global tracking of mobile assets and at-risk personnel. TrekServ has been recognised as a leader in the public safety, law enforcement and commercial sectors. The combined companies will provide clients with increased operational efficiencies, cost-savings and increased revenue-generation potential.
