Stora Enso Releases EnsoMOSAIC v5.1

Stora Enso (Finland) has released version 5.1 of its EnsoMOSAIC software for small- and medium-format aerial image ortho-rectification. The software also automatically ties image sets together that can contain thousands of frames. Block adjustment now runs 10–20 times faster than before. New tie-point operations enable points to be added and edited more accurately by managing the points according to quality type and precision. Simultaneously, the company upgraded its NavCam aircraft navigation and camera control software to fully support Windows XP Com port management. A newly available option is available for recording colour-infrared photographs with true-colour cameras.
