Zoller + Fröhlich’s expanded 3D laser scanner portfolio now in full rollout

Many geospatial professionals may have already noticed that Zoller + Fröhlich has recently introduced the Z+F Imager 5024 series, expanding its portfolio of phase-based terrestrial 3D laser scanners. Designed for applications requiring high measurement accuracy and extended range, the scanners offer a maximum range of up to 365m. According to the company, the first delivered units have received positive feedback.

The series consists of three models, each optimized for different requirements in terms of range, user interface, scan depth and scan time. All models maintain the same high standard of measurement accuracy and data quality. The scanners are designed to perform reliably in demanding environments, including underground sites, desert regions, accident scenes and offshore installations.

Modular approach

The Z+F Imager 5024 and 5016 series are compatible with Z+F’s TopCam, FlexScan and T-Cam accessories, allowing users to adapt the scanners to specific project needs. The modular approach provides flexibility, with the option to upgrade the 5024 E model to an A or S model as requirements evolve. Owners of the Z+F Imager 5016 also have the option to transition to the more powerful 5024 S model.

In addition to terrestrial scanning, Zoller + Fröhlich offers mobile mapping solutions with the Z+F FlexScan 22. This system integrates with the Imager 5016 and higher models, enabling mobile scanning on various platforms. The company states that this setup allows for efficient project execution, optimizing both time and resource management.
