ESRI (CA, USA) has announced support for Adobe Acrobat 9 software and new geospatial capabilities available in PDF with the release of ArcGIS 9.3. ESRI Developer Network Program

ESRI (CA, USA) has announced the ESRI Developer Network (EDN), an annual subscription-based program. The objectives of the program include providing developers with GIS tools and resources based on the ArcGIS platform. EDN subscriptions are available to all developer customers, not just ESRI business partners.
