iXSea’s Smallest Inertial Navigation System

iXSea has unveiled QUADRANS at this year’s ASPRS Annual Conference in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. According to iXSea, QUADRANS is the most complete all-in-one, high-grade inertial navigation system for airborne and land survey applications.     QUADRANS offers sensors, a GPS, a data logger, and all the necessary interface systems and computing electronics together in one housing. iXBlue, France, has presented ATLANS as a cost-effective georeferencing and orientation system, designed for land and airborne mapping applications. IXSEA for Mobile Radar Application

EADS Defence & Security (DS), Germany, has choosen IXSEA for a navigation and positioning application and has purchased eight ADVANS LYRA units; further orders are expected to follow. The units will replace obsolete mechanical orientation technology in vehicles designed to carry mobile radar systems.
