Jim Coleman is director of the Central AI Group at Trimble, where he also serves as IP director. His professional history includes a variety of startups in the USA, ranging from robotics to a video-game developer which is where he wrote his first competitive AI engine. Jim grew up in Idaho and gained a degree in computational mathematics from the University of Idaho. He currently lives in the Netherlands.
