Biography

Karel Janečka is a senior researcher at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen, Czech Republic. His research activities are spatial data infrastructures, geographical information systems, spatial databases, spatial data mining and 3D cadastre. He has been the president of the Czech Association for Geoinformation since 2012.
