Trimble Increases Functionality Across GNSS Survey Receivers

Trimble has announced functionality updates to its integrated GNSS survey receiver portfolio, which includes the Trimble R4, Trimble R6, Trimble R8 GNSS systems and is rounded out by the recently released Trimble R10 GNSS System. The updates include increased satellite tracking and Real Time Kinematic (RTK) performance. These improvements modernise the integrated receiver portfolio to add functionality, flexibility and capability as well as more options for surveyors. High-end Total Stations

Compared to the 2004 product survey on total stations, this new survey includes some newly introduced and some upgraded and/or restyled existent models. The expected total station integrated with GPS or digital camera has not yet arrived. In 2004 FOIF and South were introduced as new manufacturers. Hemisphere GNSS has launched its new R330 GNSS receiver. The R330 delivers positioning through a variety of differential correction methods including SBAS, L-Band, Beacon and RTK.
