Invitation and Call for papers to FIG 2006

The XXIII Congress of the International Federation of Surveyors (FIG) will be held in Munich, Germany from 8–13 October 2006. The congress will be hosted by the DVW – German Association of Surveying – Society for Geodesy, Geo-Information and Land Management – which has assumed the FIG presidency for the period 2003–2006. The International FIG Congress will run concurrently with the German Intergeo 2006 as one fully integrated event.

There is an open Call for Papers for the FIG Congress 2006. Abstract can be submitted before 15 March 2006 on-line. The topics of the technical part of the congress will cover each of the ten commissions of FIG. The number of abstracts will be limited to up to two per author. Full papers are to be provided in English and include an English summary. An additional summary can be prepared in German and any other language.
