Bentley Systems, Incorporated (PA, USA) has announced that David Evans and Associates, Inc. (DEA), an Oregon-based company in the design and management of complex transportation, land development, energy, and water resources projects, has joined Bentley’s Enterprise License Subscription (ELS) program.
