Luxembourg Cadastral GeoPortal
IONIC (Belgium) is to build an intranet/internet geo-portal for the Luxembourg National Department of Cadastral Information (ACT-LUX). This portal will incorporate OGC standards, including a transactional Web Feature Service. Users will be able to consult and download disparate sources of geographic data within one common environment. IONIC will be teaming with the Sword Group (France) to implement a solution based on IONIC’s RedSpider. The content of the Oracle database will be synchronised with ACT-LUX administration production databases. The product will allow multiple profiles of users to execute dynamic searches, data retrievals and downloads from the site.
