MACON Updates Maps

GfK MACON (Germany) annually updates digital maps of all 39 European countries. These updates cover not only administrative and postal areas but also the largest digital archive of postal and administrative maps in the world. The latest additions include Ukraine, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Malta and Greece. By displaying all postcode areas and municipalities as areas, an exact analysis of data is possible. All of the company’s digital maps fit seamlessly over each other.
The company has also updated its digital maps of Puerto Rico, now including 124 postcode areas. The map set also includes the administrative boundaries of 88 municipalities and nine hundred barrios. All areas have been completely attributed. Additional topographic features complete the set. These features include city points, urbanised areas, rivers and lakes, motorways and national highways, railway lines, airports and elevation.
