New GEO-8 Geopatial Technologies Exhibition

A new geospatial exhibition targeted at engineering, surveying, geomatics and GIS professionals has been launched in the United Kingdom. GEO-8 combines the annual event the "World of Geomatics" with a new opportunity, GIS Innovations.

GEO-8 will take place on the 9th and 10th of April 2008 at the Ricoh Arena, Coventry, and already has attracted top names from the international world of measurement and data collection together with suppliers of geographical information solutions, UK educational establishments and professional trade organisations.
 
GEO-8 will also co-host the m3 Conference. Focusing on the 3m's of geospatial information - measuring, modelling, managing   the conference will provide the opportunity for geospatial professionals to come together to discuss current practice, consider current and emerging technologies and to hear topical presentations from high profile business leaders, practitioners, academics and researchers.
