Diversified Business Communications Acquires SPAR Point Research

Spar Point Research LLC has been acquired by Diversified Business Communications, a US-based trade show, publishing and eMedia company headquartered in Portland, Maine. Tom Greaves, founder of Spar Point Research, joins the Diversified management team as managing director of the Spar Point Group.
