Sokkia Europe Introduces Mapsuite+ Version 3.0.1
Sokkia (Europe) B.V. (The Netherlands) has announced the release of Mapsuite+ Version 3.0.1, a Windows based CAD program that has been developed especially for the surveying, mapping and civil engineering sector.
Mapsuite+ mapping and design software still exists of three basic modules: Survey, Earthworks and Design; Survey being the module for generating and processing topographical data, Earthworks for comprehensive volume calculations and Design a road design tool.
In addition to the basic modules Mapsuite+ version 3.0.1 offers six special modules; the Net Adjustment module, Railway module, Database Connection module, Field module, Map Sheet module and the Tunnel module. These special modules are add-on’s which can be installed within the basic modules. They are designed to accommodate users who have special requirements and offer solutions from tunnel engineering to network adjustment.
The introduction of Mapsuite+ is accompanied by a restyle of all product literature, the website and the packaging which brings it more in line with all other Sokkia products.
Mapsuite+ version 3.0.1 is available now through Sokkia’s exclusive dealer network. A 30-day free trial version is available at the Mapsuite+ website.
