Sokkia Releases Series10K

Sokkia (Japan) has introduced the Series10K, a new series total stations containing SET210K, 310K, 510K and 610K. Series10K total stations are outfitted with extra features and functions making it a compact and reliable partner in the field.

Series10K total stations are equipped with EDM providing a wide variety of measurement modes and programs. Fine-continuous mode has a high accuracy of +/-(2+2ppm x D)mm and measures every 1.6 seconds. Rapid measurement mode measures every 0.8 seconds, while the tracking mode updates the distance data every 0.3 seconds. The use of absolute encoders eliminates the need for zero indexing allowing streamlined operation.

Series10K also features IP66 (IEC 60529) dust and water protection, a 10,000-point internal memory, a password function preventing unauthorised instrument use and an optional CompactFlash memory card unit (factory option for SET210K/310K/510K).
